N-Methyl-2-pyrrolidone is derivative from Gamma-butyrolactone. Both of them are our key product since our foundation in 2001. It is a high boiling point (202℃ ) solvent with low volatility. N-Methyl-pyrrolidone is an excellent solvent with high solvency power and broad solubility for resins etc.

As a good solvent, N-Methyl-pyrrolidone is colorless transparent liquid, completely soluble with water at all temperature and most organic solvents such as acetaldehyde, ether, acetone etc. N-Methyl-pyrrolidone is environmental friendly with low odor and relatively non-toxic.
