Paracetamol, its another chemical name Acetaminophen, is kind of acetanilide antipyretic analgesics. We have two types of Paracetamol:  One is API Paracetamol powder, the other Paracetamol tablets DC90 DC96 in white granules. Its powder is sparingly soluble in water, freely soluble in alcohol, very slightly soluble in ether and in methylene chloride. 

Paracetamol is often used in medication to relieve pain and fever by inhibiting ring oxidase and selectivity in the hypothalamus of the temperature regulating center, the synthesis of prostaglandins in peripheral vascular expansion, sweating and antipyretic effect etc. Its strength of antipyretic effect is similar to aspirin.
