Dinitolmide is a light yellow or yellow-brown powder. It is not bitter, with no smell, and soluble in acetone, slightly soluble in ethanol, very slightly soluble in ether and chloroform, but insoluble in water. Dinitolmide is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of chicken coccidiosis.
